Rebuild Centre, Engine Overhauls, Transmission Overhauls, Wheel Station Rebuilds, Final Drive Rebuilds, Axle Rebuilds, Diff Overhauls, Field service, Troubleshooting, Auto electrical & mechanical repairs.

Rebuilding machines & components [transmissions, torque converters etc…], Field Service [Breakdowns], Hydraulics, Mechanical, Boiler making repairs, Electrical Harness repairs, Auto Electrical, Highly skilled Mechanics and Auto electricians, Service provided in RSA and Cross border
We also sell parts for various earthmoving machines as well as components.

Rebuilds Consist of Full Completed Rebuilding:

• All new hydraulic hoses
• All attachments to be inspected and newly refurbished by engineering's
• Cab gets newly restored
• All new electrical harnesses
• All valves and valve banks get resealings
• All components assembled to 0hrss
• All cylinders gets re-sealeds

All components get dyno tested with reports

• All ADT’s - 1 and ½ Months
• Excavators - 60 Tons - 1 and ½ Months
- 70 Tons - 1 and ½ Months
- 80 Tons - 2 Months
- 100 Tons - 2 Months
- 120 Tons - 2 and ½ Months
• Dozers – all models 2 – 3 Months
• Loaders – all models 3 Months
